Abstract

Effects of preventive optical radiation in the blue range on the functional state of the human cardiorespiratory system were studied for four weeks using loading tests. The effects of phototherapy were evident as the absence of changes in several cardiovascular indexes characteristic for the period of maximum increase in daylight hours.
