Abstract

An urgent challenge for various clinical specialists is improving approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of multiple diseases, which pathogenesis includes a mismatch of cyclic processes controlled by internal and external rhythmogenic determinants. The purpose of this lecture was to present the current knowledge about physiology and pathophysiology of biorhythms as well as and about the causes and consequences of desynchronosis.
