Our results show that vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) induces the appearance of endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) in spheroids of human umbilical cord-derived multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (HUC-MMSC). EPC may taking part in the regeneration of blood vessels damaged organ. 1 month after xenogeneic transplantation spheroids observed in corporation of individual human Flk-1+ cells in the blood vessels of the recipient. We look forward to further experiments to find the optimal treatment conditions spheroids on liver regeneration through angiogenesis.Downloads
